Prices are based on a 900m2 backyard or less
We require a credit/debit card to be on file. We pre-bill on the 1st of each month using our secure Sweep and Go processing system.
The monthly charge is a fixed “Average Monthly Rate” based on your cleanup frequency over the year.

Do you guarantee your work?
We sure do! If you’re unhappy with anything, just notify our office and we will sent a tech out to finish the job, or your next service is on us.
Do you offer flexible scheduling?
Yes. Our dog poop scooping services are built around your schedule. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options and can also clean decks, patios, and dog runs.
How will I know that it’s you in my yard?
Our technicians wear visible uniforms/hats when servicing your home. They also have identification on their car. If your dog is comfortable with strangers, we can even clean your yard while they’re outside. (After all, we won’t be strangers for long.)
Can you bill me automatically?
Yes. We take a credit card when you sign up and will set up automatic billing so that you never have to worry about staying current on your dog poop pickup. Prepayment will also provide you with a discounted service. Otherwise, we can accept a card payment upon completion of each scoop.
What happens if there's bad weather?
How do weather-delayed services get rescheduled?
In many cases, CYC technicians will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
What happens to the dog waste?
The dog waste is double bagged and placed in your bin. Otherwise, for a small fee, charged each service, we can take the poop with us.
